We help the Institute understand its audiences.

The Audience Insights Team leads audience insights research to ensure the Institute deeply understands who our audiences are and how they engage with our work. We manage the development of both basic and advanced analytics dashboards, providing programs with actionable data on reach, engagement, and trends across platforms.

In addition, we oversee custom research projects, including methodology, design and price negotiation for comms messaging, topics, video, and talent. These efforts allow us to identify what resonates most with audiences and translate findings into strategies that strengthen program impact.

We deliver insights that help individual programs make smarter decisions while advancing the Institute’s broader mission with clarity, relevance, and reach.

    • Manage development of basic analytics dashboards (Provides basic website information from Google Analytics in templated dashboard format. Choose between your section of the Aspen main website OR your External website. Covered by overhead, over $600 value.)

    • Manage development of advanced analytics dashboards (In addition to your program’s basic website information from Google Analytics, you can also receive Email, Social, YouTube, Events and Donations metric tracking included in your custom dashboard. Cost varies based on complexity and volume of program needs. Ongoing support and insights optional at extra cost.)
